Common questions
When exactly is a seat used?
A seat is consumed the moment a learner enrolls in a course — not when you activate the course or invite the learner. Activating courses for your team is always free.
Can my seats be used on more than one course?
Yes. Your organization has one shared pool of seats. Activate as many courses as you like — every enrollment, on any activated course, draws from the same pool.
What happens if I upgrade from one bundle to a bigger one?
We automatically credit what you've already paid for your current bundle. You only pay the difference to step up — never the full price of the new bundle.
What if I just need a few more seats?
Use the Top up option. You can add individual seats at the per-seat rate of your current bundle without committing to the next tier.
Can I customize how long certificates last?
Yes. On the Courses & seats tab, admins can set a custom certificate validity period per course — useful when your state requires shorter or longer renewal cycles than our default.
What if a driver fails the quiz?
Admins can grant additional quiz attempts from the Retakes tab. Retakes don't consume an extra seat.
Who manages driver enrollment?
Your org admins. They invite drivers, activate courses, configure certificate validity, grant retakes, and pull compliance reports — all from one dashboard. You can also invite co-admins.
Do unused seats expire?
No. Seats stay attached to your organization until a learner enrolls and uses one.
